About This Video

If you clicked on this, you’re in luck—because in this build guide I’m showing you how to put together a 2025 gaming PC that can beat a PS5, and I’m keeping it beginner-friendly. I’m building on AM5 with a Ryzen 7 7600X, and the whole setup lands around $1,300–$1,500 depending on when you buy parts (I grabbed some during Black Friday so yeah… I got a discount). I walk you through the full hardware process: CPU install, RAM placement (2nd and 4th slots), M.2 SSD mounting, AIO brackets, PSU cable picks, and getting the motherboard seated correctly. I also cover the stuff people always mess up—like not overtightening motherboard screws, making sure the PSU fan is facing downward, and plugging in all the front panel headers (USB-C, USB, HD audio) so your case buttons actually work. Cable management is everybody’s favorite part (sarcasm), but I show the “do it right” way and the “stuff it in the back” way too. Then I slap in my custom-painted white RTX 4060 Ti, power it up, and finish by installing Windows—plus I keep it real because Windows took me like 30–40 minutes to finally install on this one. End result: clean all-white rig, solid performance, and a build you can realistically knock out in under an hour if you lock in.
