About This Video

I literally just got off a Twitch stream (yeah, I was on Valorant… and yeah, we took the L), and then my friend comments on an Instagram post that I thought was just some random relatable clip. I click it and boom — it’s my video. Posted by a meme page with over 700K followers, straight ripped off my Instagram with no credit. And of course it’s doing numbers on their page too — like 2 million views and 250K likes — because big accounts can just repost and farm the benefits. The whole point of this video is me calling out how annoying this is, especially when you’re a smaller creator who actually cares and puts in real time. I’m talking 7–8 hours editing in my room, sometimes a whole day, trying to make original stuff. And then these big pages or “companies” act like it’s normal to steal content, run ads, and get paid off other people’s work. I’m trying to get the video taken down, but it’s also the reason I feel like I can’t even take breaks from social media anymore — because if I’m not active, people will just keep stealing and I can’t even defend my own content.
