I share how I like to organize what needs to happen each day (the little repeatable tasks that keep our classroom running smoothly) and how I use a monthly overview to pace out bigger to-dos. My goal is to make things as easy as possible for whoever is stepping in, but also to give myself peace of mind—because I still want my students to feel secure in our routines even when I’m not there.
