In part 2 of my Classroom Setup 2025 series, I’m back in my new third grade classroom in Florida and making some huge progress—especially on bulletin boards. This is the part of setup where everything starts to feel real because the room goes from “empty space” to “okay, this is going to be my classroom.” I’m working through the big visual pieces first so the rest of my organization and routines can fall into place around them. I walk you through what I’m tackling, what I’m prioritizing, and how I’m thinking about making the room functional for real third graders (not just cute for a photo).
