About This Video

I’ve been using the Kindle Scribe ColorSoft daily for about two weeks inside my MorningCoach® planning system, and I’m honestly surprised at how good it is. Last year’s Scribe didn’t do it for me, and I’m still a huge reMarkable fan, but this version is becoming a legit daily planning device. In the video I walk you through how my MorningCoach calendar and planner structure runs on it—jumping into the day, marking up my schedule, and using it as my “carry-it-everywhere” hub for clarity and execution. I cover the stuff that matters if you’re using this as a productivity tool: writing feel (it’s decent, but not my favorite), stylus options (I prefer the Norris Digital Stylus with an eraser), and the file system differences versus reMarkable (reMarkable still wins for organization and PDF loading). Where this device shines is the Amazon ecosystem—having my planner, my MorningCoach book study reading, and personal reading all in one place. The big caveats are price (you’re basically at $800 with the cover) and some annoying navigation. Overall, for my workflow—software planning first, then committing the day into the planner—this Scribe is almost perfect.
