I spent 72 hours in Joshua Tree for my birthday with the best people, and this vlog is basically a little scrapbook of all the goofy, sweet moments in between the views. We start off as the girlies secure their drinkies (and Andrew sadly strikes out on Pokémon because they were sold out), then we’re immediately on a very important mission: finding butter. From there it’s lots of wandering, admiring the desert details (like these insanely pretty blue flowers), and getting way too excited over “biggie” bugs and tiny critters. We do the classic Joshua Tree things—boulders, caves, star-gazing (you can’t see the stars on camera, which is devastating, but it was definitely for our eyes only), and random debates about what rocks look like (person vs. ant vs. sliced bread, obviously). There’s also an OOTD moment where everyone shares where their outfits are from, plus multiple coffee runs where we try fun drinks like a Lucky Charms matcha and a rose lavender chai latte. Overall, it’s chaotic in the best way—friendship, desert exploring, and little memories that make a birthday trip feel really special.
