Morepalooza 2026: Behind the Scenes! Morepalooza 2026 in Pensacola, Florida is a wrap. Oh my gosh… it was so freaking epic. This was our fourth community retreat and our second under the Morepalooza moniker. On our first beach morning The Blue Angels AND Thunderbirds literally flew overhead as if to welcome us to the events! The weather was perfect. The water was refreshing. The dinners were memorable, funny, and ridiculously good. But the highlight of it all, as always, was the people. There’s just something magical about being face to face with people where the walls come down. That’s one of the things I’ve wanted to nurture from the very beginning of MCA. Real relationships. Not online relationships. Deep friendships. Not momentary ones. We’re building the kind that last forever. I found my people inside this community, and so many of them have found each other too. We kicked things off Wednesday night with a group dinner and an experimental bullet-time video, thanks to Insta360. Thursday morning was the Creative Sanity Workshop. A three-hour intensive on the best, most meaningful lessons that helped take my agency from basement freelancer to full-service agency. It was real talk, real networking, a little breakout time to connect in smaller groups, and then back together for some Q&A. Friday was all about the recharge experience. Breath work. Ice baths. Then a sound bath. Then lunch on the beach. Dinner that night was at Flounders. Great cover band. A little nostalgia with Billy Idol, Violent Femmes, and some 4 Non Blondes thrown in for good measure. And by Friday night… the conversations got real human. You’d never believe who dropped acid back in their early days Saturday used to be “bonus day”… but somehow it’s turned into full-on retreat day. We hit a dolphin cruise. A few of us went parasailing. Then one last group dinner to wrap it all up and make a few more memories. Sunday, I became an Uber driver… three airport runs, sadly shuttling people to their flights home. Man. I love these people. I’m so grateful to be part of this community. To be part of their journey in business. And honestly, most grateful that through experiences like this, I’ve found some of my best friends.
