In this video I start a brand new start-up from zero and build it live, in public. The whole point is to show the real process: going from a vague idea to something you can actually ship, put in front of users, and iterate on. I walk through how I think about the user problem first, then I move into setting up the project and getting a prototype running fast—because momentum matters way more than over-planning. I also share my solo founder workflow as a full-stack engineer: choosing a practical stack (React / Next.js), prototyping quickly, and thinking about branding and strategy while I’m coding.
