In this video I’m taking you with me through a real day in Finland as a 24-year-old web developer—basically the mix I actually live: work, coding, and constantly thinking about what I want to build next. I start the day with my usual planning + coding routine, then I head out to a local career fair to see what companies are hiring for and what the vibe is like going into 2025. I talk through what stands out when you’re meeting recruiters and startups in person, and how those conversations feel different compared to just applying online.
