This pregnancy/prenatal yoga flow is what my body was craving just before my first birth. I focused mainly on hip & pelvic opening to help prepare my body for birth and am sharing this video in the hopes that it helps others. I recommend practicing this during your third trimester but can be practiced during the first or second trimester as well. I did this flow on a Tuesday, pre-labor contractions started on Wednesday (my due date), actual labor started on Thursday evening and baby was born around 2 AM Friday morning. I had about 24 hours of irregular, easy pre-labor contractions which progressed to about 3.5 hours of actual labor/contractions during my natural, unmedicated home birth. I hope this helps your body and mind be more at ease and wish y’all a safe, healthy and happy birth! DISCLAIMER: I am not a medical or birth professional. Please check with your doctor or midwife before doing any movement/exercise. There is a risk of injury associated with any movement/exercise. You hereby assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, etc. that you incur while practicing this yoga flow. I am an experienced yoga teacher and practitioner. This helped prepare my body for labor and birth but I can’t guarantee anything for anyone else because everybody and birth is different. 💖 Miranda http://www.instagram.com/mirandaofthemountains
