If you’re a real estate agent using ChatGPT, there’s a good chance you’re only using a small percentage of what it can actually do. In this workshop-style class, I walk you through the exact game plan I teach live so ChatGPT works better for you, saves you time, and sounds more like you. I’m Jerad Larkin with Chicago Title Colorado. Yes, we close transactions, but my bigger goal is helping agents level up with tools, marketing, content, and systems that make your business easier to run. In this training, I cover three core steps. Step 1: Personalize your ChatGPT You’ll learn how to set up Custom Instructions so your emails, text responses, listing descriptions, blog posts, and video scripts come out closer to your voice from the start, without having to “fix” everything afterward. Step 2: Build a ChatGPT Project Projects are one of my favorite features because they keep everything organized in a folder and let you run the same workflow over and over again. In the class, I show a real estate listing description example, where you can paste your prompt once and then simply drop in an address whenever you need a new description. Step 3: Create a GPT A GPT is similar to a Project, but it’s more “set in stone” and it can be shared. If you have a team or an assistant, this is a great way to build a reusable tool that stays consistent every time. We also talk about the difference between free vs Plus, why the gap is bigger now, and how features like Deep Research can help you create detailed neighborhood guides, buyer personas, and long-form reports that are more thorough and more accurate than a normal prompt.
