So, we’re having a party today… and I wanted to just play with makeup. In this video I created two easy little party looks that are perfect for mature skin: one eye is cool toned (because a few of you asked for it!), and the other is my more classic neutral vibe. I’m a neutral gal at heart, so I kept everything soft glam—pretty, polished, and still very wearable for holiday get-togethers, family dinners, or any special event. I start with glowy prep (I’m obsessed with how the Versed SPF 50 makes my skin look—immediate glow), then I neutralize my under-eyes with Sigma’s creamy corrector so concealer lasts longer and doesn’t settle into fine lines. For eyes, I use the Sigma Cool Neutrals palette on the cool-toned side (buttery and easy to blend), and I try a new Merit Solo Shadow with a bit of sheen on the other side—super creamy and such a pretty wash of color. Then I keep skin looking healthy and dewy by mixing the Sigma Hydrating Tint with the e.l.f. Soft Glam Satin Foundation. I finish with cream bronzer, a glowy liquid blush (so I can skip highlighter), and a lip combo that’s simple but stunning for over 50.
