About This Video

Hey guys! In this video I’m sharing a China shopping haul, but with a twist—I’m only showing the items I noticed feel more China-exclusive, because if I showed everything I bought… it would literally never end. I picked out the pieces that felt the most unique to shop for in China, from trendy outerwear finds to cute character souvenirs and snacks that are honestly way more interesting than what I usually see back home. I talk about the Modern Tang jacket I pre-ordered in Chongqing (so I didn’t have to fight the New Year crowds), plus a slim Adidas zip-up I hunted down after seeing it on TikTok. I also show a bunch of adorable China-style plushies (Shanghai Disneyland Minnie + airport Pokémon versions), Hello Kitty bits like a blind box phone charm and red packets, and my White Rabbit haul—yes, I’m sharing my top candy flavors (coffee is number one, always). And if you’re a tea person, I was obsessed with Chagee in China, so I brought home a stack of tea bags to try cold brew, plus magnets and freebies. Last but not least, I show the Songmont Small Gather Bag in ebony and explain why it’s cheaper in-store (for me it was about a NZ$200 difference), and why you may need to go early or ask nicely because it sells out fast.
