In this video I unbox and share my first impressions of the Sihoo V1 ergonomic chair, which officially replaced my 6-year-old IKEA Markus. After a couple of days using it, my experience has honestly been amazing. I was used to that soft leather “pillow” feeling, but the mesh on the V1 is way more comfortable—when I sit down it genuinely feels like sitting on a cloud. I also talk about the little adjustment period: on the first day I noticed a slight back pain, but it quickly disappeared and I’m pretty sure it was just my body adapting from my old chair. What I love most is how the V1 combines comfort with build quality: a steel base, solid high-quality plastic, super soft armrests, and a fully adjustable lumbar and neck support. It’s also insanely quiet—no squeaks at all—plus the seat has this trampoline-like bounce that cushions the “fall” in a really satisfying way. If you’re looking for an ergonomic chair that doesn’t break the bank, I’d 100% recommend it.
