In this video I’m recapping my entire first trimester with my first pregnancy — and honestly, it was not what I expected at all. I chat through the symptoms I actually had, what surprised me the most, and how my energy and day-to-day routines shifted while I was just trying to get through those early weeks. I also do a little bump chat and share how I was feeling mentally alongside everything physical (because it’s a lot, and it’s such a learning curve). I also talk through my first trimester must-haves — the little things that helped me feel more comfortable and more like myself while my body was doing the most behind the scenes.
