In this video, I share what I call The Brain Declutter Method—three simple systems that work together to reduce mental clutter and help you feel calmer and more consistent. The idea is straightforward: your brain is amazing at having ideas, but it’s not a reliable storage unit. So instead of trying to “keep it all in your head,” I set up three containers: a Time Manager (where my time actually goes), a Task Manager (what I need to do), and a Knowledge Manager (what I want to remember). I walk you through how each system plays a different role: the Time Manager turns intentions into reality through time-blocking, the Task Manager captures tasks so you’re not constantly re-deciding what matters, and the Knowledge Manager gives your notes and ideas a home so they stop floating around. Then I explain why this combination genuinely declutters your brain—because it reduces open loops, decision fatigue, and the anxiety of forgetting. Finally, I share my Weekly Brain Reset, plus what to do if you feel “too busy” to set any of this up (spoiler: that’s usually the biggest sign you need a lighter, brain-friendly system).
