It's a topic I find incredibly interesting and a practice that while I appreciate it's popularity, I've never really loved the results. It definitely works and you can make a fine drink with it, but to me the lime flavor is always way more intense than from fresh juice. And I didn't come to this conclusion because I'm a purist, it's come from about a dozen blind taste tests including many of which I was actually blindfolded. To be clear, I do think these methods have a place and I am not a hater. I have been making super juice more and more over the last 6 months myself and I see it's value. But don't just take my word for it (or anyone else's). Do the taste test yourself. I've had many family and friends prefer various super juices over fresh and you might feel the same way.
