The only real difference here is more rum and a touch more allspice, but if you want to increase the spices or add anything else I say go for it. The foundation of this eggnog is @jeffmorgen Clyde Common’s Tequila-Sherry Egg Nog which features an Amontillado sherry (https://jeffreymorgenthaler.com/clyde-common-egg-nog/). The sherry is significantly dialed down here and in the background, but still there to provide a nice unique and nutty flavor. If you want to experience more of that, just add more and leave everything else the same.
