This recipe is pretty close to the original recipe shared in the Savoy Cocktail Book, however, that recipe called for the juice of 1 lime and then the rest of the drink in parts (1/3 each). Trader Vic's version keeps the lime the same but calls for 1/2 oz of the main ingredients. This turned out to be a delicious, yet somewhat tart, classic cocktail that most people will enjoy.
