While I love Tequila and the non-nutty Mai Tai known as a Margarita, is one of my all-time favorites, I don't gravitate toward Tequila much nowadays outside of a margarita. But this is one of the absolute best cocktails I have ever had. The drink was created by Erick Castro @BartenderAtLarge and is worthy of being called a modern classic. It's a relatively simple drink but the unusual combination of a coffee liqueur, cinnamon, lemon and pineapple really make this one shine.
