Since it was created in the mid-1990s it has remained as one of the most popular spiced rum cocktails. Tony took inspiration from past cocktails like the Sidecar and the Brandy Crusta. Whether you love spiced rum or hate it, this is an excellent cocktail. I chose to use Chairmain's Reserve Spiced rum but feel free to use your favorite for this one.
