Casablanca came out in 1942 and stars Humphrey Bogart as Rick Blaine alongside Ingrid Bergman as Ilsa Lund, set in Vichy-controlled Morocco during World War II. The story centers on Rick, a cynical nightclub owner in Casablanca whose past catches up with him when Ilsa walks back into his bar with resistance leader Paul Henreid. The film featured a couple of cocktails, including the Champagne Cocktail and the French 75. In addition to the cocktails, most of the drinking revolved around champagne.
