Midori Colada: A Cocktail You Didn’t Know You Needed

That version contained colada mix and sometimes rum, but was more than likely very sweet. Today's version takes the ABV and Brix from the Tropical Standard Piña Colada (https://youtu.be/kDG_9pm4k0I) to end up with a drink that is very close in ABV and Sugar. While you can always do some math to match the ABV and Brix of other cocktails, It's important to note that sweetness is a perception. You might find that by swapping ingredients you need more or less sugar to balance it to your preference. I like the version I shared here, but you might want it to be a touch sweeter. Try an additional ¼ oz simple or ¼-½ oz cream of coconut.
