The Rainforest Cafe was an amazing place to visit as a kid in the 1990s and while I of course did not have a Mai Tai at that time, we can conclude that this would have been very sweet and very juicy. The copycat recipes online often call for Malibu from and usually 2 oz or more of each juice. The menus I've seen from over the years have changes, but most recently it called for Cruzan Coconut Rum and Myers's. For this version, I'm bringing down all the juices and using Koloa Coconut Rum and Planteray Original Dark. It's good. I like it.
