Or maybe a couple months, but today Arminder from @therumrevival joins me to taste our way through the El Dorado Single Still Cask Strength lineup of rums and try them against the El Dorado High Ester Blend LBI/DHE. We try them neat and also in a Daiquiri, because why not? These aren't usually considered cocktail rums, but don't let that stop you from trying these out in a cocktail if you want to. All of these bottles range from $120-$150 and you can find the standard 40% ABV for around $100. In my opinion, I would not pay $100 for the 40% versions, but if you can find it on a deep discount it might make sense to get one to try.
