For today's recipe, I followed the one found in the *New Guide to Great Rum Drinks* _recommended by Gourmet Magazine_ pamphlet from the 1960s. The recipe calls for a Parfait Amour, and the only experience I have with it is the couple of times I have used the Marie Brizzard.
