20-Minute Full Body Dumbbell Workout | Strength & Conditioning Routine Grab a pair of dumbbells that work for you (I used 10lb and 15lb dumbbells), and join me for this 20-minute full body workout! This routine is perfect for building strength, improving endurance, and toning your muscles, whether you’re at home or in the gym.
