💪 Parallette Exercises for Beginners – Full Body Calisthenics Routine Looking to build strength with parallette exercises for beginners? This video walks you through a full-body calisthenics workout using just a set of parallette bars—no gym required. These beginner-friendly moves are great for developing upper body strength, core control, and overall body awareness. 🧠 I filmed this as part of my own calisthenics journey—I’m still learning and getting stronger, and I’m sharing this to show real progress and help others get started too. I did about 3 rounds of the circuit, but you can start with 1 and build up. Each parallette exercise lasts about 20 to 40 seconds. There’s no timer or voiceover, so you can follow along at your own pace or just watch and try the exercises later.
