Watch or follow along to this 30 Minute full body workout that will target legs, back, shoulders, chest and with abs, biceps and triceps added to the mix. For this full body workout, I am using a pair of dumbbells but feel free to modify and use bodyweight where needed. Pick a weight that works for you or a couple different pairs depending on the exercise. The workout structure for this full body routine will be 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest! Will do 30 (no repeat) exercises which will consist of: 1. Goblet Squat 2. Deadlift 3. Reverse Lunge (right side) 4. Reverse Lunge (left side) 5. Alternate Snatch 7. Romanian Deadlift 7. Curtsy Lunge (right side) 8. Curtsy Lunge (left side) 9. Single Arm Row (right side) 10. Single Arm Row (left side) 11. Dumbbell Swing 12. Alternate Renegade Row 13. Squat to Press 14. Arnold Shoulder Press 15. Single Arm Press (right side) 16. Single Arm Press (left side) 17. Lateral Raises 18. Floor Chest Press 19. Sit Ups 20. Push Ups 21. Lying Leg Raise with Toe Touch 22. Floor Chest Flys 23. Diamond Tricep Press 24. Tricep Overhead Extension 25. Alternate Bicep Curl 26. Dumbbell Hold Leg Raise 27. Plank Ladder 28. Alternate Static Bicep Curls 29.
