This is a 20-minute, quad-focused leg day workout that’ll leave your muscles burning! This workout targets your quads using 6 different exercises, including back squats, goblet squats, half-rep squats, suitcase squats, and static lunges on both sides. I've set up 3 rounds with 30 seconds on, 30 seconds rest, plus a challenging finisher with negative squat jumps to really test your endurance.
