It’s 7:00 in the morning and I’m taking you grocery shopping at what is, in my opinion, the best grocery store we have in New England. I went early last week too, and I’m not going to lie—getting it out of the way in the morning was kind of a vibe. The store is way less busy, it feels calmer, and it’s just such an easier start to the day when I’m not trying to squeeze a grocery run into the chaos later on. Also, the coffee flavor suggestions you all gave me were genuinely the reason I got out of bed for this run—so we’re definitely going to need another one of those. I share our weekly total ($150.77), and I’m shopping for our small family of three… except technically this week we’re not, because my brother is staying with us while he moves from Chicago to Boston. We’re so excited to have him back on the East Coast, so the groceries are doing a little extra heavy lifting this week. And yes, after checking out, I fully feel like we earned a coffee and maybe a sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich if there’s still one left.
