Even a few minutes of sunlight or a quick drive with coffee helps reset my mood. Prioritize Sleep — As I’ve gotten older, sleep is everything. Good sleep = better mood, better energy, better work. Move Your Body — Even a 10-minute YouTube workout makes a big difference. Burn off some energy, fight low moods, and sleep way better at night.
