Welcome to Episode 2 of UNROTTEN, a series where I speak about topics that are dear to me and involve 'unrotting' our brain while becoming more critical of the world surrounding us. About This Video

In this episode of UNROTTEN, I’m reflecting on what it’s actually been like to be on YouTube since 2014—almost 11 years. I talk about the advantages and disadvantages I’ve noticed over a decade of making videos: how the platform can shape your confidence, how it can change the way you think about “work” and money, and how it affects you as a person when you’re constantly sharing parts of your life online. This isn’t a “how to go viral” video and it’s definitely not a miracle-story narrative. It’s more of a personal check-in: what YouTube gave me, what it took from me, and what I’ve learned about being more critical of the world around us while trying to “unrot” our brains. If you’re learning languages, building routines, or just trying to become a more grounded version of yourself online (or offline), I share the kind of realistic perspective I wish more people talked about.
