Bosch sticks to tried-and-true precision cooling—on models like the 800 Series you get dual compressors and dual evaporators, so the fridge and freezer cool separately for stable temps and better odor separation. Add in MultiAirflow and those VitaFresh drawers, and it’s basically a serious food-preservation machine. Samsung leans into an AI-driven approach with AI Hybrid Cooling, using sensors to adapt to what’s happening in and around the fridge, plus AI Vision inside for food recognition and tracking. My takeaway: if you want simple reliability and freshness-first performance, Bosch is excellent—but I personally lean Samsung because it feels more modern, flexible, and future-ready for a connected kitchen.
