In this video I’m showing you what it actually looks like when you scale operations in real life: we’re moving offices (and yeah, it sucks—I hate moving), but we’re not going far. The bigger story is we just bought 50 Teslas and we’re getting them ready for rental service. That means unwrapping/de-wrapping, lining up the damaged units for the shop, handling bumper and windshield issues, and getting tires replaced. This is the unsexy part of fleet scaling—process, labor, and getting cars turned fast so they can start producing. I walk you through how we’re organizing the new space: detail/cleaning bay, tire work, inside parking for the nicer stuff (G Wagon, Urus, R8), and how we’re thinking about charging. We’re keeping three Level 2 chargers up front, plus more inside/outside, but even that isn’t “enough” when you’re dealing with this many Teslas. I also break down a real cost people ignore—Tesla windshields are expensive (we can get them around $800, but Tesla can be $1,600). Finally, I show the customer pickup lot system: we keep 7+ cars prepped at all times so customers can grab a specific booked car and go. That’s how you keep the business moving—prep pipeline, clear staging, and a facility layout that supports volume.
