Hi quilty friends! In this video I’m sharing my progress on Block 5 of the Fat Quarter Shop Flowering Quilt Along. We’re getting close to that halfway point, and I wanted to pop in and encourage you to keep sewing right along with me—especially if you’re mixing in your favorite fabrics or pulling from your stash. Block 5 is officially finished, and it feels so good to see the quilt start to come together one block at a time. This is one of those quilt along moments where momentum really matters, so my biggest takeaway is to keep it fun and keep it moving—one sewing session at a time. I talk through where we are in the quilt along, how exciting it is to be nearing the midpoint, and I hope it leaves you feeling inspired to continue even if you’re a little behind.
