I share the way I like to approach cutting so it feels organized (and not overwhelming), then we walk through layout so you can double-check placement before you ever stitch. If you’re newer to quilting, don’t worry—this one is meant to be beginner-friendly, and I keep it simple: one block at a time. As we piece Block 8 together, I point out little “quilting room” tricks that help your block turn out accurate—things like how I handle seams, what I watch for at intersections, and pressing choices that keep everything crisp and flat. My goal is always to help you feel confident at your machine, even if you’re only joining in for this single block and not the full BOM.
