Cut a block of firm tofu into mini cubes, marinate and bake in the oven for around 15-20 min. Prep the pasta sauce by mixing everything for it in a blender Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions in salty water- half way through the cooking add the chopped broccoli and drain together when both cooked (usually takes half the time to cook for the broccoli comapred to pasta). Put the drained pasta and broccoli back into the pot, add the sauce, the crispy tofu and enjoy!
