SOCIALS Instagram: @justcallmeflora https://www.instagram.com/justcallmeflora/ Tiktok: @justcallmeflora https://www.tiktok.com/@justcallmeflora FOR COLLAB: email me at: floraszalaiyt@gmail.com My recipes: https://www.justcallmeflora.com/ PANCAKE RECIPE: INGREDIENTS: 1/3 cup buckwheat flour 1 cup + ¼ cup plant milk (I usually use oat or soy) ½ tsp ground cinnamon ½ tsp pure vanilla extract 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds 1 tsp baking powder 1 tbsp chia seeds (or poppy seeds like I tried in this video) ½ lemon’s zest (use organic if you can because of the zest) 1-2 squeeze of lemon juice 1 mashed ripe banana 1 scoop protein powder (I used unflavoured soy protein from myvegan) pinch of salt few blueberries (I used frozen), around 2-3 per pancake oil for the frying Mix everything well, on medium-high heat (I use around 5-6 out of 9) fry the pancakes, add the 2-3 blueberries/pancakes. Flip around a minute/1.5 min in (but it take a little more or less) and fry for another 1min-1.5 min.
