Welcome to VLOGMAS DAY 5 What is Project 50? It's simply helping you to build habits & stick to them There are 7 steps that you have to follow every day for 50 days: 1. Wake up before 8am 2. Have a morning routine - no distractions 3. Journal 4. Follow a "healthy" diet: healthy = whatever makes YOU feel your best 5. Movement for 1 hour: this can by anythin (yoga, weights, walking, running etc.) 6. Read 10 pages 7. Dedicate 1 hour to a new skill (or old that you want to get better at) I don't do this to get fit/lose weight etc., I do this to train my mind to bcome consistent. Regardless, you don't need a challange to be your best version. This is just my journey, that I share to inspire. No pressure.
