The next 66 days, we are going to show up for ourselves and build habits that can transform our life. Are you in? #thatgirl #reset #healthyhabits The Challange: #66thrive DAILY GOALS: 1. 30 min no phone before&after bedtime (I mean no scrolling/emails etc) 2. 10 min daily meditation (I am using the WakingUp App, its really helpful) 3. follow a plant-based diet (most importantly, eat what makes you feel your best) 4. 15 min reading (non-fiction) 5. act of kindness (make someone else's day better with a simple act) 6. 30min-1 hour movement (it can be anything that makes YOU feel good) 7. eat without distractions 8. 30min-1 hour working on a passion 9. 10-20min tidy/declutter a space (physical or digital) WEEKLY GOALS: 1. plan your week ahead 2. reflections on past week + goal-setting for the next week 3. meal prep/plan (to make our lives easier later) 4. 2 rest days from working out And an important part of this challange, is NO PRESSURE. Even if you just pick up one of these that makes you feel good, you already won. It's not about putting too much on us, it's just being intentional with our time and efforts, and remembering that we are worthy of so much. So, never feel like you "have to do everything, otherwise you fail", there is no such thing as failing in this.
