In this video I’m running through my fall/winter rotation—eight jackets/coats I’m actually wearing—and I’m trying each one on so you can see the fit. This was requested by one of you, so I really appreciate the support. I also break down where everything’s from (some gifted, some I bought), and what I’m thinking when I choose sizing—especially the balance between getting a cleaner fit vs sizing up so I can layer hoodies and sweatshirts comfortably. I start with a Frank And Oak jacket that’s a bit bigger than I’d normally go, but I wanted room to layer. Then I show a coat from UNO that I bought last fall—super cool, warm, and intentionally oversized (I just wish the sleeves were a bit shorter). I also cover a leather jacket from H&M because leather is a staple and honestly H&M has been improving for me. I get into a more “statement” piece from a brand called C (feather pattern, tricky to style but it can look sick), a cozy Frank And Oak shacket I get compliments on at work, an H&M collab jacket that I picked because the floral design felt more peaceful, and a Levi’s workwear-style jacket that shrunk a bit and ended up fitting better. I finish with another clean, simple Frank And Oak coat that’s just fresh for the season.
