In this video I’m doing a no-talking test of the Obinasa Amunet Overdrive, just straight playing so you can hear what the pedal really does in a mix. I start with “jamming time” and let the backing track breathe while I ride the gain and dynamics with my hands. The goal is simple: show the feel, the mid character, and how the drive reacts to different guitars and amp settings without any talking or hype. I split the demo into two main parts: clean amp with a Strat at 2:17, then a dirty amp with a Les Paul at 7:10. For the guitars I used my FENDER American Stratocaster FR (Kinman Blues + L500XL) and a CORONA Prestige Standard, and I ran everything through the NUX Solid Studio MK II into my Audient EVO 8. If you’re chasing that smooth blues/rock overdrive that can stay articulate for chords but still sing for leads, this test should give you a clear idea of how the Amunet sits and pushes the front end.
