About This Video

How many times have you finally wrapped your head around Next.js… and then they drop another version that renames half the features, breaks the other half, and promises to simplify everything? Yeah, same. In this Next.js 16 full course, I take you through the “why” and the “what”, but we don’t stop at theory—I show you how to build like top companies do, with production-ready patterns you can actually ship. We start with a crash course on architecture, rendering, routing, caching, adapters, and full-stack capabilities so you understand what Next.js has that React alone doesn’t. Then we jump into the real workflow: generating a clean Next.js app (TypeScript, Tailwind, App Router, Turbopack), walking the project structure, and using server vs client components the right way (including why client components still show logs on the server due to pre-rendering + hydration). I also cover why SSR matters for performance and SEO, how file-based routing works (nested + dynamic routes with params), and how layouts, nested layouts, and route groups help you structure real apps like dashboards. Along the way, I highlight Next.js 16 updates like stable React Compiler support, and the tooling I use to move faster while keeping code quality high.
