The big takeaway is that shared ambition and entrepreneurial spirit create real opportunities—not just for companies, but for developers who want to build impact. Finally, we talked about AI agents and where they’re delivering value today. Right now it’s mostly about automation: reducing cost and accelerating execution. Over time, agents will move into more complex workflows and even become a source of new revenue—think agents acting like salespeople for midmarket or helping teams operate like “extra engineers.” If you’re early in your career, Ivan’s advice is simple: don’t just watch talks—get hands-on in workshops where you can craft and refine real ideas.
