About This Video

In this video, I tested the Vention 65W 20,000mAh power bank — a compact, laptop-level charger with a built-in USB-C cable and an LED screen. It’s priced around $40 / RM135 here in Malaysia, so I wanted to see if it’s actually worth the money. I go through the unboxing and design first: the matte finish doesn’t pick up fingerprints, the ridges give you a bit of grip, and the build feels solid thanks to the polycarbonate + ABS shell. You also get a USB-A port (up to 22.5W), a USB-C port (45W input, 65W output), plus the built-in USB-C cable that doubles as a lanyard. For performance, the 20,000mAh capacity is enough for real daily use — I could fast charge my Nothing Phone 3 from 0% to 60% in 30 minutes, and hit 100% in about an hour. It also handled my Samsung tablet (up to two full charges) and even saved my Sony A7C II when I ran out of battery. Just note: the full 65W output is only when charging a single device; if you charge multiple devices, output drops to 15W. After two weeks of testing, I genuinely think it punches above its weight for the price, especially if you’re a content creator or travel a lot.
