In Part 5 of my 3 Month Body Transformation Challenge, I’m back home in Baton Rouge visiting my family—so yeah, the routine got a little messed up. But I still kept it moving and found a new gym to train at (because I literally got kicked out of another one… again). This vlog is basically me trying to stay consistent even when my environment changes, which is honestly one of the hardest parts of any glow-up. I take you through a leg day workout with Anna, plus an ab routine so I can stay on track with my goals while I’m home. And obviously, the best part of being back is the food—eating my mom’s home-cooked Vietnamese meals again just hits different. The biggest takeaway from this episode is that progress doesn’t have to be perfect: travel and family time can throw you off, but you can still show up, adjust, and keep going.
