To solve the cooling challenges of such a small case, I designed and 3D-printed a custom ventilation side panel that secures perfectly using the original thumb screws, allowing the 130W GPU to breathe. You will see a full teardown, the 3D printing process, and detailed thermal testing where we compare fan noise to a mouse click and monitor CPU and GPU temperatures using CPU-Z, GPU-Z, and FurMark.
