In this video, I design a custom Mini-ITX case with only 7.8L to accommodate a full-size RX 9060 XT 16GB GPU and a top-mounted case fan. The result? Impressive. CPU and GPU temperatures are so good, and gameplay at 1440p High settings is possible. Can this build be a console killer? Let's find out. I walk you through the entire 3D-designed enclosure project, demonstrating how I optimized the internal airflow to keep the CPU at 65°C and the GPU at a cool 71°C during intense gaming and FurMark stress tests. This ultra-compact 3D-printed gaming PC delivers high-performance native 1440p gameplay in titles like God of War Ragnarok and Resident Evil Requiem, maintaining silent acoustics that are quieter than a mouse click. Whether you are looking for the ultimate console killer or a portable workstation for 3D modeling and content creation, this DIY 7.8L custom design proves that you can fit powerful PCIe Gen 5 hardware into a tiny footprint without thermal throttling or loud fan noise. Join me as I benchmark the RDNA 4 architecture in this unique handmade enclosure and see if this sub-8L masterpiece is the perfect solution for SFF enthusiasts and PC modders alike. About This Video

In this video I build a no-sacrifice, 7.8L DIY 3D-printed Mini-ITX gaming PC that actually fits a full-size GPU and a top-mounted exhaust setup. I start from the case design (130mm x 220mm x 270mm) and print it in ASA so it can handle heat (up to 100C) without deforming. The whole idea is convenience: I designed a modular internal holding tray so I can install most of the components outside the case, then slide the whole assembly into the shell and lock it down with screws—no glue, no drama. For the hardware, I pair an Intel Core i5-13500 with an ASUS ROG Strix B760-I, 32GB DDR5, dual 1TB NVMe drives (I’m planning a dual-boot, with Bazzite already installed), and the star of the show: an ASUS Dual Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB over a PCIe x16 Gen 5 riser. Thermals are the proof: my CPU stress test topped at 63C and stayed totally silent, and FurMark pushed the GPU to about 71C with fans around 70%. Then I jump into real games at 1440p High. God of War Ragnarok hits around 93 FPS native, Resident Evil Requiem sits around 70–80 FPS native, and Doom: The Dark Ages needs FSR Quality to land around 65–70 FPS. Overall, this 7.8L case concept is a success—cool, quiet, and absolutely capable of native 1440p gaming depending on the title.
