About This Video

If Fortnite Mobile is lagging on your Samsung, this is the exact no-fluff setup I use to smooth it out in 2025. In this video I walk you through a simple boost method first: I have you download the “Lagofast Mobile Booster” app, open it, launch Fortnite, then search for Fortnite inside the booster and hit the Boost button. After that, you jump back into Fortnite and you should notice the gameplay feels a lot more stable. Then I go straight into the best in-game settings to reduce lag. I set Mobile Frame Rate to 60 FPS, keep UI contrast at 1x, and set Auto Set Quality to Auto, but I still force Quality Presets to Low and drop 3D Resolution to 35%. I also turn off auto-download high-res textures and the high-res texture reminders, turn on Show FPS so you can actually see what’s happening, and turn off Low Power Mode. Finally, I cover two quick device-side fixes that people skip: clear your device cache to free up resources, and close unnecessary background apps. If you’re running a bunch of apps while playing, you’re basically stealing performance from Fortnite—so shut them down and let the game breathe.
